Developing Special Corn In Jilin Province To Realize Sustainable Development of Agriculture And Rural Economy

吉林省是玉米生产大省，每年为国家提供大量商品粮，商品率高达６６％，可吉林省财政却承 担着巨大压力，每年因收储玉米损失２亿元。而特用玉米具有较高“遗传附加值”，有较广阔的开发 前景。文章在综合分析了其特点和目前国内外生产现状以及在吉林省发展特用玉米的必要性后， 提出了四条保障措施和对策。图１，参５。

Jilin Province is strong in corn production. It supplies a great quantity of marketable grain for China,and the commodity rate is 66 percent. But Jilin finance loses 200 million yuan every year because bwying and stroring corn. The corn of special utilization has a high"genetic extra value",so it has a great developing potential. The paper analyses the corn's characteristics and foreign and domestic production situation,then summarizes the necessity of developing special corn in Jilin Province,at last puts forward four measures and policy.
