氮磷膨胀型阻燃剂对皮革阻燃性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 施加不同用量的氮磷系膨胀型阻燃剂(0%、2%、4%、6%、8%)于皮革加脂工序,研究其对皮革阻燃性能的影响。通过测定其湿热稳定性、干热稳定性、成炭性、热性能、垂直燃烧、烟密度及氧指数比较其不同添加量对皮革性能的影响。试验发现,氮磷系膨胀型阻燃剂施加量为6%时,所得皮革的抗燃性最好。 Phosphorus -nitrogen intumescent flame retardant with accounts of 0% , 2% ,4%, 6% , 8% were orderly added in leather fatliquoring respectively. Hydrothermal stability, dry heat stability, charing properties, thermal properties, vertical combustion, smoke density and limited oxygen index were used for determine inflammation. It shows that phosphorus - nitrogen intu- mescent flame retardant agent with content of 6% has better flame retardant properties.
