摘要
目的介绍建立医学统计学标准化试题库的思路。方法基于2008~2011年期间的5116份医学统计学考试试卷,应用项目反应理论,对单项选择题采用单维三参数logistic模型、对简答题和计算分析题采用等级反应模型拟合项目特征曲线,运用最大边缘似然估计法估计试题参数,并以试题参数估计值和任课教师专业意见为依据,对试题进行筛选、入库。结果建立医学统计学标准化试题库,并可利用所建立的试题库进行自动组卷和计算机自适应考试。结论采用项目反应理论建立的医学统计学标准化试题库可以满足各种目的的考试要求,达到客观、公正、节省时间及人力的目的。
ObjectiveIntroduction of an idea about the procedure for establishing the standardized item bank for medical statistics. MethodsThe item characteristic curve(ICC) for multiple choice items was fitted by the singal-dimentional 3-parameter logistic model,the graded response model was used to fit the ICC of short answer items and calculation problems,with 5 116 medical statistical test papers between the year of 2008 to 2011 at hand.For both of the two models,Marginal Maximum Likelihood method was employed to estimate the item parameters.Subsequently,we screened these items in light of both of the estimated item parameters and the teachers’ professional suggestion,and assigned the qualified items to the item bank. ResultsThe standardized item bank for medical statistics was constructed successfully,through which automatic generation of exam papers and computerized adaptive test could be conducted. ConclusionThe standardized item bank for medical statistics established applying item response theory can meet the examination requirement for various purposes,achieving the goals of making the tests more objective and fair,as well as saving much time and manpower.
