摘要
目的:建立西红花的近红外光谱快速分析方法。方法:用HPLC法测定西红花中西红花苷-Ⅱ及西红花总苷的含量,并采集相应样品粉末的近红外光谱,采用偏最小二乘法建立近红外光谱校正模型,用此模型预测未知样本中西红花苷-Ⅱ及西红花总苷的含量。结果:所建立的校正模型相关系数(r)、预测相对偏差(RSEP)分别为西红花苷-Ⅱ0.9528、4.077%;西红花总苷0.956 0、4.343%。结论:本方法可用于西红花中西红花苷-Ⅱ及西红花总苷的快速检测。
Objective: To develop a new method for determination of Crocin-Ⅱ from Croci Stigma using near infared spectroscopy(NIRS). Methods: HPLC was used to determine the content of Crocin-Ⅱ ,Total glucosidenear in Croci Stigma and their NIR spectra were collected simultaneously. Multivariate calibration models based on PLS algorithm were developed to correlate the spectra and the corresponding values determined by the reference methods. Results: The correlation coefficients of Crocin-Ⅱ, Total glucosidenear was 0. 952 8, 0. 956 0, the RSEP was 4. 077%, 4. 343% respectively. Conclusion: The method can be used for the quick determination of crocin- Ⅱ and Total glucosidenear of Croci Stigma.
