摘要
采用界面铺展硝酸银染色技术 ,研究了公犏牛的精母细胞联会复合体 (synaptonemalcomplex ,SC) ,结果表明 :( 1 )在减数分裂过程中仅有少数精母细胞的常染色体能形成SC结构 ,X、Y染色体轴周围虽积聚有许多微小的深色颗粒状物质 (似性泡 ) ,但未见X、Y染色体的明显联会 ;( 2 )在常染色体的联会中 ,有较多的三价体、插入环等联会异常现象 ;( 3)常染色体SC相对长度与体细胞染色体的相对长度间有显著相关性 (R =0 .96 4 9) ,同两亲本的SC比较 ,与牦牛的第 1、2、2 7以及与普通牛的第 1、2、2 7、2 9号SC的相对长度均有显著差异 .根据研究结果 ,作者认为牦牛与普通牛在部分常染色体和性染色体上的差异 ,使犏牛的同源染色体不能很好地配对形成SC ,是导致不育的主要原因之一 .
The synaptonemal complex(SC) in spermatocytes of the hybrids(Pian Nui) between yak and cattle were studied by using the surface spreading silvers staining technique. The results show that, Pian Nui can form the structure of SC in autosomes of a few primary spermatocytes and has more synaptonemal abnormalities. There are many tiny sliver pellets around the axes of X and Y chromosomes (like sex vesicle), but there is no obvious pairing between X and Y chromosomes. There is a significant correlation (R = 0.9649) between average relative length of autosomal SC in Pian Nui and those of mitotic chromosomes. Concerning the relative length of SC, there is a significant difference on the SC of No. 1, 2, 27 between Pian Nui and yak, and on the SC of No, 1, 2, 27, 29 between Pian Nui and cattle.
