摘要
定子线棒绝缘状态是重要的电气状态量之一,关系到电网的稳定及安全。本文使用非破坏性的基于等温松弛电流法的线棒绝缘检测及数据分析方法,测试了三种不同结构与老化方式的线棒,数据分析结果表明:log-log坐标下电流拟合斜率的绝对值随着老化程度而下降,能够较好的判断绝缘状态;频谱曲线幅值随老化下降,说明绝缘缺陷增加。对于电热联合老化,老化因子的变大可以看出其绝缘状态的劣化,但对于冷热循环老化,由于线棒绝缘的特殊结构及老化机理,老化因子呈相反趋势。
Stator bar insulation is one of the most important electrical state variables, which is related to power grid's stability and security. In this paper, a non-destructive method based on isothermal relaxation current (IRC) is used to test the stator bar insulation and analyze data. Three different kinds of stator bars aged by different ways are measured. The results show that: with the aging process, the absolute value of the fitted slope will decrease, which can determine insulation status effectively. While the amplitude of spectrum curve also decrease with aging. For electrical and thermal united aging, the increasing of aging factor can reflect insulation deterioration, but for thermocycling aging, the aging factor shows a reverse trend because of stator bar's special structure and aging mechanisms.
