摘要
目的探讨无领导团队协作型面试法用于新护理人员招聘的效果。方法 77名应聘护理人员被分组5个大组,每个大组平均有14~16名应聘者。面试正式开始前每个大组被随机分为两个小组,各小组按需要完成设定的任务,主考人员通过观察测评其综合素质。结果 41名应聘者通过团队协作型面试,进入下一步面试;其中,曾在本院实习的应聘者无领导小组讨论法测评的成绩与实习综合表现存在中度相关。结论无领导团队协作型面试有助于在短时间内为应聘人员提供展示的舞台,充分了解应聘人员的各种能力,从而选择更合适的护理人员。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of leaderless group discussion in nurse re- cruitment in order to choose high qualified nurses. Methods 77 candidates were divided into two groups and each group has average 14 - 16 candidates. Before the interview, each group was randomly divided into two teams. Each team was required to fulfill the assigned task meanwhile the interviewers evaluated comprehensive qualities through further observation. Results 41 candidates have access to next round of interview. According to the Pearsong sta- tistical analysis, the score of Leaderless Group Discussion has middle correlation with comprehensive assessment of some students who have internship in our hospital. Conclusion Leaderless Group Discussion provides the great opportunity for the interviewee to perform themselves in the short time which can help to have a full understanding and quick judgment on each interviewee.
