黄芪多糖对2型糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞钙通道基因表达的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究黄芪多糖(astragalus polysaccharide,APS)对2型糖尿病(2-DM)大鼠心肌细胞L型Ca2+通道蛋白mRNA表达的影响,探讨APS对2-DM的治疗作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、APS治疗组。治疗8周后采用RT-PCR检测3组大鼠心肌细胞L型Ca2+通道蛋白mRNA表达量。结果:糖尿病组、治疗组大鼠心肌组织L型Ca2+通道蛋白mRNA表达量均显著高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:APS可以降低2-DM大鼠心肌细胞L型Ca2+通道蛋白mRNA的表达,对2-DM有一定的治疗作用。 [Objective] To investigate the influence of APS on the L-type calcium channel protein mRNA expression of the cardiomyocyte in the type 2 diabetes rats. [Method] Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group, model group and APS groups. The mRNA expression of L-type calcium channelprotein was metered by RT-PCR at the end of 8 weeks. [Result] The expressions of the L-type calcium protein mRNA of diabetes group and therapy group were significantly higher than that of the control group, while the therapy group was significantly lower than the model group (P〈0.01). [Conclusion] APS can decrease the L-type calcium channel protein mRNA expression in the cardiomyocyte of the type 2 diabetes rats. APS have therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes.
