摘要
介绍了用于确定静态或动态 (运行 )下 MOA固有参数 B、β和 C的先进方法。这种优异的算法只需泄漏电流和软件处理就可确定一台 MOA的固有参数。本文论证了利用目前的测试手段和工艺便可算出这些参数 。
The paper describes an advanced computational method, it is used for determining the current inherent parameters ( B,βand C) of MOA and only needs a detection on the total leakage current as well as the software processing. It is possible to find out total leakage current by means of existing detective instrument and techniques such as harmonic analyses.
