摘要
合成了环己氧基硼酸铜,在四球试验机和环-块试验机上评价了其摩擦磨损性能;利用X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了磨斑表面主要元素的组成和价态。结果表明,环己氧基硼酸钢具有良好的减摩抗磨性能,其作用机理是添加剂在摩擦过程中发生了摩擦降解反应,生成了Cu2O和B2O3等反应产物沉积在摩擦表面,从而起减摩抗磨作用。
Cupric cyclohexoxylborate (CuCHOB) was prepared in this paper.The friction and wear properties of the additive were evaluated. The results indicate that CuCHOB possesses good anti-wear and reducing-friction properties. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to analyze the frictional surfaces. The mechanism is that CuCHOB took place a tribochemical reaction to produce Cu2O and B2O3 during friction. These products deposited on the frictional surface and played a role of reducing-friction and anti-wear.
