摘要
以西安市商业银行银行卡持有顾客为研究对象,在采用典型抽样获取调研数据的基础上,运用Cox模型分析了商业银行顾客资产风险的各种影响因素。结果表明:在影响商业银行顾客资产风险的7个关键要素中,除产品质量和价格为危险因素以外,服务质量、便利性、企业社会责任、企业道德和企业信誉均为保护因素。该研究对于企业更好地管理顾客资产,制定和实施顾客资产风险管理战略具有重要的参考价值。
Card customers of Xi'an commercial bank were chosen as research object to find key elements that influence cus- tomer assets risk of commercial banks. The investigation data were obtained by typical sampling acquisition, and then the Cox model was employed to analyze the influence factors that influence the customer assets risk of commercial bank. Results show that among those 7 key influencing factors, the product quality and the price are risk factors ; service quality, convenience, enterprise social responsibility, enterprise ethics and enterprise reputation are protection factors. The study can help enterprises to better manage customer assets, and it also has important reference value for enterprises to formulate and implement customer assets risk management strategy.
