摘要
以无水氯化钙(CaCl2)和水玻璃为原料,通过室温沉淀反应制备了水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶颗粒。采用SEM、FTIR、XRD、XRF、TEM等对不同C/S和pH值条件下制备的C-S-H凝胶颗粒的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明,较低pH值条件下制备的C-S-H凝胶颗粒间呈现不同程度的团聚,-Si-O键之间显示一定的聚合度,其平均粒径在15~25 nm之间,且呈无定形结构;在pH值较高时,该凝胶颗粒呈半结晶结构。
The calcium-silieate hydrate(C-S-H) particles were synthesized by precipitation of CaCl2 and water glass in solution at room temperature. The composition and structure of the prepared C-S-H particles were characterized by SEM, FFIR, XRD, XRF and TEM methods. The results showed that the C- S-H gel particles were spherical nanopartieles with diameter in 15-25 nm, and aggregated in amorphous phase with pH value less than 12. While the particles showed semi-crystalline phase with pH higher than 12 and a few of monocrystalline formed with higher ratio of calcium to silicone (C/S).
