糖络宁对糖尿病大鼠背根神经节细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察糖络宁(TLN)对糖尿病大鼠背根神经节细胞凋亡的影响。方法:用链脲佐菌素注射建立大鼠糖尿病模型,造模成功的大鼠分为模型和TLN组,另设正常对照组。TLN干预32周,检测背根神经节细胞凋亡和半胱天冬酶-3(Caspase-3)蛋白表达。结果:模型组与正常对照组相比细胞凋亡和Caspase-3蛋白表达显著增加(P<0.05)。TLN组与模型组相比细胞凋亡和Caspase-3蛋白表达显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:TLN能够下调caspase-3蛋白表达,抑制细胞凋亡,从而发挥其神经保护作用。 Objective: To study the effects of Tang luo ning(TLN) on cell apoptosis of dorsal root ganglion(DRG) in diabetic rats. Method:Model of diabetic rats was induced by injection of streptozotocin. The diabetic rats were divided into the model group and TLN group,and normal control group was also set up. After intervention with TLN for 32 weeks, We detected the apoptosis of the dorsal root ganglion neurons and the expression of protein caspase-3. Results : Compared with the normal control group, the apoptosis and caspase-3 expression increased obviously in model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with the model group,the apoptosis and caspase-3 expression decreased significantly in TLN group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : TLN can down-regulate the expression of caspase-3 and inhibit apoptosis to perform the neuro-protective effect.
