摘要
为进一步研究油松球果螟性信息素及其防治,通过野外采集油松球果螟蛹,室内饲养和林间调查,对油松球果螟的羽化节律和成虫生殖行为进行观察,结果表明:每株油松树平均有蛹2.51个,室内蛹的羽化率为47.52%。成虫羽化在7月8日达高峰期,6∶00~12∶00羽化头数占整日羽化量的48.01%;12∶00~18∶00羽化头数占整日羽化量的25.28%。室内雌雄蛾比率为1∶1.084,其中羽化早期,雄成虫羽化量比雌成虫的多12.95%。室内成虫白天静伏不动,夜间有两个活动高峰期,分别为20∶00~24∶00和4∶00~7∶00。在此期间,观察到雌成虫召唤状态。油松球果螟分多处产卵,雌蛾产卵平均46.5粒。卵期6~8d。
This study provided the basis for further study of the sex pheromone and prevention of Dioryctria mendacella Staudinger. The pupa of Dioryctria mendacella Staudinger were collected from Qipanshan scenic area. Its eclosion be- havior and adult reproductive behaviors were studied with laboratory rearing and forest survey. The results showed that 2.51 pupas had pupated in per Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. Eclosion rate of pupas of Dioryctria mendacella Staudinger was 47.52%. Eclosion rhythm reached a peak in July 8th, the amounts of eelosion between 6 : 00 --12 : 00 accounted for 48.01 ~//00 of the day eelosion amounts and the amounts of eclosion between t2 : 00 ~18 : 00 accounted for 25.28~. The sex ratio of indoor rearing adults was 1 : 1. 084, and at the beginning of eclosion the male adult eclosion amounts more than 12.95 % of the female adults. In the laboratory observation, adults stayed quietly during the day and at night had two activity peaks at 20 : 00-24 : 00 and 4 : 00-7 : 00. During the two periods,female adults vibrated the wings to both sides of the body and after the abdominal end of the scale by a few, then exposed the glands. Dioryctria menda- cella Staudinger oviposited in many places. The number of oviposition was 46.5 on average. The longest of egg stage was up to 8 days, and the shortest was 6 days.
