空气动力学检查常用参数及临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 空气动力学通过测量喉作为能量转换器将声门下的空气动能转换为声能的一系列相关参数,给发声功能做一个客观而全面的评价^[1]。作为嗓音临床评估的重要检查方式,随着其测量精确性的提高,空气动力学检查方法成为目前嗓音医学检查的研究热点之一。相对于传统声学分析,声带病变能够通过空气动力学参数的变化表现出来,因此更具特异性和临床意义^[2]。下面就常用空气动力学参数以及临床应用,进行综述。
