摘要
本文比较全面地评述了当前国内外无功功率研究的动态,并根据贵州电网的现状,提出了一些有益的建议。
In this paper,the current situation of research into the reactive power control in electric power systems all over the world was described in detail.And some suggestions about the reactive power management for the powersystems in Guizhou were presented.
