摘要
目的对SysmexX E-2100血细胞分析仪白细胞分类计数进行性能评价。方法从不精密度、可比性、临床诊断敏感性这三个方面对Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪白细胞分类计数进行评价。结果该仪器的批内、短期和长期不精密度分别在0.91%~15.53%之间。白细胞分类计数仪器法与人工显微镜法比较,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞的相关系数(r^2)分别是0.9564,0.9418,0.7007,0.9313和0.8111。200份临床病例类型与仪器白细胞分类结果比较,各类白细胞的临床符合率分别在5%~100%之间。结论Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪白细胞分类计数具有较高精密度及临床诊断敏感度,与人工显微镜分类有较好的相关性等特点,它可作为一种过筛手段进行初检。
Objective To evaluate the performance of leukocyte differential count with Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer. Methods According to H20-A standard approved by National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS/CLSI), the performance of leucocyte differential count was evaluated from imprecision, comparability and clinical determination of sensitivity. Results The within-run,short-term and long-term imprecision of the instrument were between 0.91%-15.53%. Compared with the manual microscopy classification, the correlation coefficient( r^2 ) of neutrophil, lymphocyte,monocyte,eosinophil and basophil were 0. 956 4,0. 941 8,0. 700 7,0. 931 3 and 0. 811 1 respectively. The clinical determination of sensitivity to finding of abnormal samples were between 50% - 100% in 200 clinical cases. Conclusion Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer had good clinical determination of sensitivity, low imprecision and fine correlation with manual microscopy classification. It is suitable for the initial screening of clinical diseases.
