吉林省乡村人居环境满意度评价与优化

Evaluation on satisfaction degree of rural human settlement environment and improvement in Jilin province

选取9个村落作为调查研究对象,构建乡村人居环境满意度评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型对人居环境满意度进行综合评价和分区评价,并对单因子进行统计分析.结果发现:(1)吉林省乡村人居环境满意度总体为满意,但存在东中西部差异;(2)基础设施完善程度、饮用水水质和农业技术推广是影响人居环境满意程度的主要因素.在此基础上,从经济、社会和文化和方面对优化吉林省乡村人居环境提出建议.

Nine countries are selected as study ohiect, according to the assessed index system of the satisfaction degree of rural human settlement environment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the comprehensive evalua-tion, partitioned evaluation and single factor analysis are made. The results are as follows： （1） The overall evalua- tion on rural human settlement environment in Jilin province is satisfying, but there are differences in the eastern, central and western region. （2） The perfect degree of rural infrastructure, drinking water quality and agricultural technology extension are the main factors affecting the satisfaction degree. Based on the results, some suggestions about improving rural human settlement environment in Jilin province are put forward in economic, social and cultur-al outlook.
