腹横纹小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝临床分析

Clinical analysis of herniasac high ligation with abdominal transverse minute incision on children oblique inguinal hernia

目的探讨腹横纹小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法选择64例腹股沟斜疝患儿,随机分为对照组及研究组,对照组采用常规腹股沟斜切口入路行疝囊高位结扎术,研究组采用横纹小切口疝囊高位结扎术,比较两组患儿术中及术后恢复情况。结果研究组手术时间及术中出血量低于对照组。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组。两组术后随访期间均无复发病例。结论腹横纹小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝手术创伤小,有利于患者术后恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of herniasac high ligation with abdominal transverse minute incision on children oblique inguinal hernia. Methods Sixty four cases of children patients with inguinal hernia were randomly di- vided into control group and study group, conventional herniasac high ligation were taken in control group and herniasac high ligation with abdominal transverse minute incision were taken in study group, condition in operation and recovery in postoperations were contrasted between control group and study group. Results Operation time and volume of intraoperative blood loss was lower in study group than in control group, rate of postoperative complication was lower in study group than that in control group. All patients did not relapse in two groups. Conclusion Herniasac high ligation with abdominal trans- verse minute incision on children oblique inguinal hernia has minute surgical trauma, is helpful for postoperative recovery.
