纵观药物动力学、药效动力学在国内外发展和演变的历程,以及近年来在中医方剂相关领域的应用研究实际,通过大量的文献资料和对中医方剂研究中具体特性的思考、分析,探讨了PK及PK/PD结合模型的原理和方法,在当前中医方剂相关领域研究中应用的现状、研究的热点及今后可能的探索方向或突破点。

It takes a wide view to develop for pharmacokinetics（PK） and pharmacodynamics（PD） in exterior and interior country and to explore development in the complex prescription of TCM by PK/PD.It is analysised of data from the devil of a literatures and is thought for the characteristic of the complex prescription of TCM.To analyze and approach the principle for PK and PK/PD in the correlate with researchs for the complex prescription of TCM.The articles is illustrated the status of application,the latest study hot spots and the exploratory direction.
