摘要
植物功能结构模型(Plant Functional-Structural Model,FSPM)是一类对植物形态结构、生物量的产生和分配以及两者的内在联系进行建模的植物模型的总称,是在单个器官层次对植物这一复杂系统的建模与仿真。介绍植物功能结构模型的应用领域,回顾其中的结构模型、功能模型以及光照模型的发展,梳理当前植物功能结构模型的研究现状,探讨未来的研究方向。
Functional-Structural Plant Models (FSPMs) refer to the integrated modeling on plant structure, biomass production and partition, as well as the internal link between these processes, which simulate the complex plant system at individual organ level. The application domains of FSPMs were proposed, the development of their key components (structural model functional model and light distribution model) were reviewed, the state-of-art of FSPMs was commented, and the future research directions were discussed.
