摘要
为了从设计上确保实现武器装备的主动式保障,针对某型装甲车辆柴油发动机,提出了一种基于质量功能展开(QFD)的可靠性维修性测试性(RMT)综合设计方法。根据亲和图法(KJ法)将装甲车辆柴油发动机主动式保障RMT需求展开为三层,通过基本层次分析法(AHP)和模糊层次分析法确定了主动式保障各层RMT需求的权重,综合考虑RMT需求对RMT技术特性的影响,构建了RMT需求-技术特性质量屋模型,提出了RMT技术特性目标的确定方法,明确了关键RMT技术特性。
In order to realize active support for weaponry from design, aiming at a certain armored vehicle engine,a RMT design method based on QFD is put forward.The active support RMT requirements are divided into three layers by affinity diagram method. The weights of active support RMT requirements are worked out by basic AHP and fuzzy AHP method. Taking into account of the effect of RMT requirements upon RMT characteristics comprehensively, a Quality House for RMT requirements- RMT characteristics is built.A method is given to find out the targets of RMT characteristics.A nd the key RMT characteristics can be found out.
