摘要
"蚁族"是人们用来描述那些无法找到工作或工作收入很低而聚居在城乡结合部的大学毕业生的一个新名词。采用社会支持评定量表、心理弹性量表和主观幸福感量表,以南京、成都两市310名"蚁族"为被试,发现"蚁族"群体的主观幸福感水平极低;"蚁族"群体的社会支持与主观幸福感之间、社会支持与心理弹性之间、心理弹性与主观幸福感之间呈极其显著的正相关;"蚁族"群体心理弹性在社会支持与主观幸福感之间起不完全中介作用,中介效应占总效应的49.7%,但心理弹性的调节作用不显著。
"Ant Tribe" is a new term used to describe the college graduates who cannot find jobs or have only low income so that a multitude of them can only crowd together in low-rent areas. 310 "ant tribe" members in Nanjing and Chengdu were measured with Social Support Rating Scale, Resilience Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale. The results show that all of them have extremely low subjec-tive well-being; very significant positive correlations are found between the social support they get and their subjective well-being, social support and mental flexibility, mental flexibility and subjective well-being; their mental resilience partially mediates between the social support and subjective welb being, but its regulation effect is not obvious.
