摘要
采用浸渍法制备ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体负载硅钨酸催化剂H4SiW12O40/ZrO2-Al2O3,并通过FT-IR、XRD对其进行了表征.以H4SiW12O40/ZrO2-Al2O3为催化剂催化合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮.系统地研究了各种因素对收率的影响.结果表明:H4SiW12O40/ZrO2-Al2O3催化剂是合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,固定丁酮物质的量为0.20mol,丁酮与1,2-丙二醇质量比为1:1.5,带水剂环己烷的用量为8mL,反应时间60min,催化剂的用量占反应物总质量的1.5%的优化条件下,产品的收率可达78.1%.
H4SiW12 O40/ZrO2-Al2O3 was prepared by impregnation, and characterized by FT-IR and XRD. Catalytic activity of H4SiW12 O40/ZrO2-Al2O3 was evaluated by the synthesis of cyclohexanone 1,2- propanediol ketal. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed. The optimum conditions are. mo- lar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol glycol is 1 : 1.5, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 1.5 % of feed stocks, the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 8mL, and the reaction time is 60 min. H4SiW12 O40/ZrO2-Al2O3 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing butanone 1, 2-propanediol ketal and its yield can be up to 78.1%.
