摘要
选用大同及神木煤样 ,考察了超声辐照前后添加剂在煤粒表面吸附特性的变化及其对水煤浆的表观粘度和静态稳定性的影响 .在超声辐照强度为 80 W/ cm2 和频率为 2 0 k Hz的条件下 ,经超声辐照后 ,煤粒对添加剂的 Langmuir饱和吸附量明显增加 ,而饱和吸附量的增加与辐照引起的煤粒比表面积的增加密切相关 ,添加剂在煤粒表面的饱和吸附量是影响煤浆表观粘度的主要因素 .采用 XPS对添加剂在煤粒表面吸附状态的表征结果表明 ,超声辐照导致添加剂在煤粒表面的吸附层厚度变薄 ,而吸附层厚度不是影响煤浆静态稳定性的主要原因 .
The change of adsorption characteristics of additive on the surface of coal particles before and after irradiation was investigated in this paper. The saturated adsorption of additive on the surface of coal particles increased after coal water slurry was irradiated by ultrasound. The increase in specific surface area of coal caused by ultrasonic irradiation was the principle factors for the change of saturated adsorption of additive on coal particles. The viscosity reducing capability of additive depends on the saturated adsorption of additive on coal particles.The thickness of absorbed layer of additive on the surface of coal particles was analyzed by XPS.After coal water slurry was irradiated by ultrasound under condition of 1% of additive, the absorbed layer of additive on the surface of coal particles became thin. The thickness of absorbed layer of additive is not a key factor affecting the static stability of coal water slurry.
