摘要
以中国化学药品行业1995—2010年战略联盟数据为样本,运用负二项回归模型,从资源位置与网络位置两个角度探究企业的联盟位置对创新绩效的影响.研究结果表明,企业的资源位置优势对联盟合作前期创新有显著促进作用,后期不明显;整体网络位置优势对创新产出有显著促进作用,个体中心网位置优势影响不明显.实证结果可为企业选择联盟伙伴及在合作网络中主动占据有利位置提供理论依据.
It investigates the effect on innovation performance from two aspects: firms' resource position and firms' network position with negative binomial regression as research methodology and conducts an empirical analysis on Chinese chemical industry alliances from 1995 to 2010. The results suggest that firms' resource advantages have positive effectson innovation performance in earlier stage, and inconspicuous in later stage; Firms' whole network position has significant positive effects on innovation while ego-centered network position doesn't. It provides theoretical basis for firms tochoose alliance partners and to occupy beneficial network position initiatively.
