摘要
教师质量是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》战略目标实现的首要保障。目前,民办学校教师质量存在素质不够理想、生活质量令人担忧、诸多关系质量较差、劣质流动大于优质流动、工作质量喜忧参半等问题。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》从师德建设、教师专业培训、教师队伍结构优化和教师队伍活力激发等方面提出了政策要求,为民办学校教师质量的改进提供了政策契机。
Teacher quality is the first guarantee for achieving the strategic objective in 《National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)》. Currently exist in the private school teachers some problems: the quality is not so good; life quality is worrying; relationship quality is poor; inferior movement is more than superior movement; working quality is mingled with hope and fear. in 《National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline (2010-2020)》. specific policy requirements are stipulated in terms of the con- struction of teacher morality, the teachers' professional training, the optimization of teaching staff and the inspiration of teaching staff's dynamic, thus providing the policy opportunity for the improvement of private school teacher quality.
