摘要
在4个不同的温度和时间水平下,对新鲜毛竹竹束进行了高温热处理,研究了处理温度和时间对竹束颜色和平衡含水率的影响规律。结果表明:热处理能使竹束颜色均匀加深,获得不同的装饰效果;随着处理温度和时间的增加,竹束的明度和黄蓝色品指数显著降低;竹材的平衡含水率呈逐渐降低的趋势。在本研究范围内,与对照件相比,通过高温热处理最大可使竹束明度、黄蓝色品指数分别降低66.28%、63.36%,平衡含水率降低41.94%。
The experiments of heat treatment for bamboo bundles were conducted at 4 varying temperatures and 4 varying durations,and the effects of treatment temperature and duration time on the color and equilibrium moisture content(EMC) were investigated.The results show that heat treatment can make the color of mao-bamboo bundles uniformity darken and thus get different decoration effects;and the lightness and yellow-blue value of bamboo bundles significantly decreased with increasing temperature and duration time,while the red-green value varied irregularly,EMC also became lower;and thermal treatment can decrease the lightness yellow-blue value and EMC of bamboo bundles went up to 66.28%,63.36% and 41.94%.
