Optimization of Reclaiming Techniques for Reclaimer

摘要 通过对取料机取料过程进行分析得出,只需取料时对回转速度进行1/cosθ变频调速,即可以实现等量取料。根据宝钢原料分厂现有取料机设备,提出了不间断取料技术、料层高度控制技术,并对深度切入满负荷缓取技术进行探讨,从而达到提高取料效率的目的。 Through analysis of the material reclaiming process of the reclaimer,it was derived that reclaiming of equivalent amount of material can be realized by 1/cosO frequency control of rotating speed. Based on the reclaimer equipment of raw material plant of Baosteel, the uninterrupted reclaiming techniques and layer height control technique were put forward,and the depth cutting and full load slow reclaiming techniques were discussed so as to attain the purpose of improving reclaiming efficiency.
