摘要 阐述了电子束固化直镀工艺的特点以及该工艺对烟用卡纸的技术要求,分析了原纸水分含量、平滑度、防爆裂性能等纸张物理性能对电子束固化直镀工艺的影响,通过对纸张抄造技术和抄造工艺的研究和改进,制备出满足电子束固化直镀工艺的烟用卡纸产品。 The characteristics of electron beam curing direct metallization and the technology requirements of cigarette board manufacture were briefly introduced.The technology and process of cigarette board were researched and improved.The effects of moisture,smoothness and folding endurance of cigarette board on electron beam curing direct metallization were analysed.The cigarette board developed was suited to electron beam curing direct metallization.
