EGF、KGF在不同细度甘肃高山细毛羊皮肤中的表达规律

摘要 为了研究角质细胞生长因子(KGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)在不同细度甘肃高山细毛羊皮肤中的表达规律,探索其与羊毛细度的关系,试验以不同细度的成年甘肃高山细毛羊为研究对象,采用组织芯片技术与免疫组织化学技术相结合的方法对EGF和KGF在不同细度的甘肃高山细毛羊皮肤中蛋白表达水平和定位进行研究。结果表明:EGF和KGF在不同细度的甘肃高山细毛羊皮肤组织中均有表达,且不同部位的表达存在差异。说明EGF和KGF参与毛囊的发育,对羊毛细度有一定影响。 To study the expression pattern of KGF and EGF in the skin of Gansu alpine Merino'sheep with different fineness of wool, and explore its relationship with the finenes's. The adult Gansu alpine Merino sheep with different fineness of wool were used in the experiment, and the pro- tein expression levels of EGF and KGF in the skin of Gansu alpine Merino sheep with different fineness of wool and their localization were stud- ied by using the method of tissue microarray technology combined with immunohistochemistry techniques. The results showed that EGF and KGF were expressed in the skin tissue of Gansu alpine Merino sheep with different fineness of wool, and there were differences in the expression lev- els of different parts. It indicates that EGF and KGF play a role in hair follicle development, and have a certain impact on the fineness of the wool.
