摘要
为进一步了解钙效应剂对4℃低温胁迫过程中北海道黄杨叶片抗寒生理生化指标的影响,以北海道黄杨扦插植株为材料,在低温胁迫前用水、CaC12、EGTA和LaCl3浇灌植株,然后观察4℃低温胁迫过程中叶片脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性以及MDA含量的变化。结果表明,与水处理的植株相比,适宜浓度的Ca2+(10mmol/L)能显著提高低温胁迫过程中叶片脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量;在低温胁迫初期可促进SOD、POD和CAT活性的增加,减缓MDA含量的增加;在低温胁迫后期EGTA和LaCl3能抑制叶片脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量的升高,降低叶片抗氧化酶活性,导致MDA含量升高,加剧低温对膜的伤害。
To further understand the effects of Ca2+ messenger on cold-resistance physiology of Euonymus japonicus 'Cuzbi' leav- es,cuttings of Euonymus japonicus Cuzhi were irrigated by water, calcium chloride, EGTA and LaCl3 before cold stress. The changes of proline content, soluble protein content,activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT) and MDA content of leaves at 4 ℃ were determined. Evidences showed that compared with water-irrigated cuttings, Ca2+ at 10 mmol/L could sig- nificantly increase the contents of the proline and soluble protein, and additionally increase SOD,POD and CAT activities in the early stages of cold stress,and consequently, decreased the content of MDA in the later stages. EGTA and LaCl3 inhibited the increasing contents of proline and soluble protein, decreased the activity of antioxidant enzymes and increased the content of MDA,which mean more serious injury of cell membrane.
