摘要
为系统观察细菌潜生体 (Crypticgrowthcells ,CGCs)特殊运动结构—自旋体的形成过程及其对环境的适应力 ,采用显微培养方法对奇异变形杆菌进行培养和观察。结果显示单极CGC倾向于盘旋形成运动活泼的自旋水体 ,并可表现出中心单极端下旋的立体构型。其他CGC在菌体某一部位弯曲形成“S”形中心的自旋体。以中心反复调整“S”形状适应环境。研究结果提示 ,细菌自旋小体的形成依赖于外部和内部的因素。自旋体的特殊运动方式可能与机会感染中细菌致病作用有关。
To observe the formation of the bio-spin and its adaptive capacity.Methods:Proteus mirabilis was micro-cultured in a chamber and then observed under microscope.Results:The slender monopolar cryptic growth cells(CGCs)tended to revolve to form bio-spins which were active and exhibited a 3-dimensional structure.Some CGCs tended to bend at certain part to form a S-shaped center.The morphology of the center was repeatedly regulated to suit environmental changes.Conclusion:The formation of bacterial bio-spin depends on external and internal factors and the special type of movement of the bio-spin is associated with bacterial pathogenicity.
