摘要
通过加入不同的有机添加剂,以电沉积-热氧化法制备了3种不同形貌的多孔SnO2薄膜,再电沉积Pt,制备得到不同形貌的多孔Pt/SnO2薄膜。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和循环伏安(CV)法分析了薄膜的形貌、结构和电催化氧化甲醇的活性。结果表明,不同形貌的多孔Pt/SnO2薄膜具有不同的电催化性能:SnO2镀液中添加聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP,1.0 mL/L)和苯甲醛(25 mg/L),制得的SnO2薄膜呈一定规则排列的长条状,经氧化和电沉积Pt后的多孔Pt/SnO2薄膜具有良好的电催化氧化甲醇的活性及耐CO的性能。
Three kinds of porous SnO2 films with different morphology were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate by electrodeposition-thermal oxidation,where different organic additives were introduced into the electroplating baths for manipulating the morphology of porous SnO2 films.Then Pt film was electrodeposited on porous SnO2 films to afford porous Pt/SnO2 films with different morphology.The morphology and crystal structure of as-obtained porous Pt/SnO2 films were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction,and their electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of methanol was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry.Results indicate that as-prepared porous Pt/SnO2 films with different morphology possess different electrocatalytic activity for methanol oxidation.Particularly,porous SnO2 film electrodeposited from the solution containing p-octyl polyethylene glycol phenyl ether(OP,1.0 mL/L) and benzaldehyde(25 mg/L) consists of regularly arranged long strips,and the porous Pt/SnO2 film obtained on this SnO2 film via thermal oxidation and Pt electrodeposition shows good electrocatalytic activity for methanol oxidation as well as good tolerance against CO.
