摘要
本文对 K- H- V渐开线少齿差行星齿轮减速器 ,建立了优化设计数学模型 ,研制了它的自动设计系统软件。为了提高产品的合格率 ,综合考虑了加工内齿轮的插齿刀为新刀和旧刀两种情况下的约束条件。此外 ,还对 K- H- V少齿差行星减速器主要传动零件的强度及寿命采用计算机算辅助设计 ,通过检验薄弱环节来调整某些参数 ,从而快速、准确地确定标准件的规格型号和其它传动零件的主要尺寸。本文还建立了 K- H- V渐开线少齿差行星减速器系列方案数据库 ,在理论分析和计算的基础上 ,本文研制了啮合仿真软件。
For K H V involute planetary gear reducer with small tooth number difference,the optimum design mathematical model is set up,the software system for auto design and drawing of reducer with small tooth number difference is developed.In order to enhance pass rate of products,binding conditions under such circumstances that internal gear is machining by new and old cutters are considered synthetically.In addition,CAD is utilized during verifying intensity and life span of main transmitted components of reducer with small tooth number difference.By testing weak parts some parameters are adjusted,in order to fast and accurately determine specification and version of standardized components, and main size of other transmitted components. This paper set up the database of series plans of reducer with small tooth number difference.By analyzing correlative theory and calculating,the simulation software of internal gear pair meshing is developed.
