基于Rho促进脊髓损伤修复的基础与临床研究

摘要 脊髓损伤(SCI)后轴突再生困难的主要原因之一是由于髓磷脂抑制分子的存在。尽管不同抑制分子上游信号通路不尽相同,但最终均通过共同的信号分子Rho小GTP酶介导轴突再生的抑制作用。因此Rho的活化是不同抑制分子阻碍轴突再生的共同信号通路。目前动物实验中相关脊髓损伤修复的一些有效治疗方案已取得一定进展并开始向临床试验转换。本文将进一步探讨以Rho为靶点治疗SCI的策略及其在基础与临床研究中的应用。
