摘要
环氧树脂凝胶固化是一个复杂的化学过程 ,树脂的凝胶时间是影响其固化物性能的重要因素之一 ,将Flory凝胶点理论与固化反应动力学相结合 ,实现了对树脂凝胶时间的预测 ,实验结果与理论预测相当吻合 .固化剂的结构和活性对树脂的凝胶固化起着重要作用 ,间苯二胺 (MPDA)与树脂等当比配制 ,所得固化环氧树脂的玻璃化温度最高 ,并运用差示扫描量热仪 (DSC)和红外光谱(IR)对固化树脂进行了分析 .
Gel and cure reaction of epoxy resin is a complex chemical process. The gel time of epoxy resin is one of key factors that affects the properties of cured epoxy resin. By combining Flory gel theory with cure reaction kinetics, the gel time of epoxy resin can be predicted. Experiments tend to support the theory well. The activity and structure of the curing agent also play an important role. The equal stoichiometry epoxide/amine gives the cured resin the maximum glass translation temperature. Tests are analyzed by means of DSC and IR.
