摘要
分别用Weende、Van Soest体系与CNCPS分析了稻草、苜蓿、玉米秸秆、豆腐渣与啤酒糟的营养成分,并计算了这5种饲料的相对值(RFV)与分级指数(GI)以及碳水化合物与蛋白质组分,旨在为各体系在江西奶牛业的合理应用提供基础理论数据。同时指出,Weende与Van Soest体系是奶牛饲料营养价值评定的基础,应根据需要选择综合评定指数还是CNCPS。
Rice Straw (RS), Medicago Sativa L (MSL), Corn Stover (CS), Soybean Curb Residues (SBCR) and Brewer's Grains (BG) were collected from several dairy farms in Jiangxi province, and nutrient components were analysed with methods of Weende, Van Soest and CNCPS respectively. Furthermore PA, PB1, PC and PB3 in CP and CC, CB2, CB1 and CA in carbohydrate of the diary feeds as well as their Relative Feed Value (RFV) and Grading Index (GI) were also calculated respectively. It was suggested that whether RFV or GI or CNCPS being used all is depended on the what the aim is.
