Electromagnetic Scattering of Diffractive Grating in Homogeneous Medium

摘要 考虑均匀介质中衍射光栅电磁散射问题的数学描述形式,通过引入柱面坐标和人工边界条件,给出了衍射光栅散射问题的可行性数学描述,并给出了与散射问题数学模型等价的变分形式. The authors discussed the mathematical description of electromagnetic scattering problems of the diffraction grating in the homogeneous medium. With the help of the cylindrical coordinates and artificial boundary conditions introduced, the authors showed that the mathematical description of diffraction grating scattering problem was feasible, and gave the variational problem equivalent to the scattering problem.
