报告 1例罕见的原发于皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤。患者女 ,18岁 ,头顶部不明原因的反复出现结节状肿物。病理检查 ,免疫组织化学染色瘤细胞CD3 0 + 、CD3 + 、LCA+ 、EMA+ 、CEA-、CD2 0 -。对肿瘤局部放射治疗效果满意。
