摘要
影响某钢厂A高炉使用寿命的原因为原燃料对高炉操作参数产生影响,导致炉况顺行变差,有害元素富集改变的送风参数。通过对A高炉参数的监控和分析,在操作上抑制钛的析出,及时排出有害元素,活跃炉缸,优化炉前作业的参数,及时更换变形的风口中套来恢复送风参数,对侧壁热耦测量的高温区域采取压浆和冷却参数调整等相应的措施,高炉顺行和长寿状态得以改善。
The influence factor of A# BF's service life comes from the effect of raw materials to operation parameter, resulting in the worse smelting condition and the gathered harmful elements changing the blast parameter. BF's smooth operation and service life have been greatly improved by series of measures as monito- ring &analyzing the parameter, restraining the titanium separating out of slag, discharging harmful elements in time, making the hearth active, optimizing the parameter before use, changing the distorted blast parameter, adopting anhydrous grouting lining technology and adjusting parameter in high-temperature areas.
