2124铝合金双曲率蠕变时效成形试验与回弹

摘要 基于3种单曲率和双曲率模具,以2124铝合金为研究对象,选取4种不同温度的峰值时效制度进行一系列蠕变时效成形试验,并测量了各试验条件下的回弹率。结果表明,时效制度对于回弹率的影响非常明显,此外回弹率还与材料所受的应力状态相关,当两种条件均达到最佳耦合效果时,板材的回弹率最小;双曲率弯曲成形试样在两个方向上的回弹率存在明显差异,但由于相互之间的协调作用,使得两个方向上的曲率变化规律能够保持一致,并对各方向上的回弹产生一定的限制作用。 Based on three kinds of single and double curvature moulds, a series of creep age forming experiments of 2124 aluminum alloy were conducted in four different peak aging regimes with different temperatures, and the springbaek rate in each test condition were measured. The results showed that the springback rate was greatly influenced by the aging regimes as well as the stress state. When the two conditions achieved the best coupling effect, the springback rate of the plate was the minimum. Obvious difference existed in the two directions of the double-curve formed sample, but the curvature variation stayed same due to the mutual coordination of the two directions, which also partly limited the springback rate in each direction.
