对比分析美国、欧盟、日本和我国的科技投入的现状和科技投入的结构,指出为早日进入具有较强国际竞争力的科技大国行列,我国迫切需要提升科技投入水平,加大研发强度;建立政府科技投入稳步增长的机制;调整科技投入的领域,优化科技投入的结构;构建和完善市场经济下的多元化科技投入体系。

This thesis compares and analyzes the current situation and structure of the investment in science and technology in America, EU, Japart and China, and indicates that our country urgently needs to improve the level of investment in science and technology as welt as the R＆D intensity, so that we can become a technically strong power with great international competitiveness. In addition, o^r country also needs to establish a mechanism that enables the investment in science and technology of the government to increase steadily, adjust the domain of the investment in science and technology, optimize its structure, and establish and perfect its diversified system under the condition of market economy.
