摘要
人的外耳形状复杂且表面无规则,要实现外耳的三维重构非常困难。针对这一问题,在获得的患者头颅计算机断层图像的基础上,首先通过图像预处理和图像分割技术将外耳组织与头颅的其它组织分割开来,然后从每一个分割出来的二维断层图像中提取外耳的轮廓线,最后利用连接轮廓线法来实现外耳的三维重构。该方法可根据患者的需求对外耳进行个性化设计,实现含有肌肉和耳垂的外耳三维重构及含外耳道的外耳三维重构。三维重构获得的结果接近于实际的外耳,为外耳支架的人工制造提供技术支持。
The shape of ear is complex and the surface of the external ear is irregular.So it is difficult to realize three dimension reconstruction of the external ear.In this paper,the three dimension of the external ear is reconstructed based on the patient's cranial computed tomography images.At first,we separated the external ear organization from the other cranial organization using image preprocessing and image segmentation.Then we extracted the external contour from every segmented image.At last,we realized three dimension reconstruction using contour connecting method.In this paper,we also designed the individualized auricle model according the needs of the patient.Three reconstruction containing muscle,ear lobe and external auditory meatus can be realized.The results of three dimension reconstruction of the external ear are closed to the actual ear.All these will provide base dates for the produce of the artificial external ear scaffold.
