重固镇乡村医生现状调查及政策建议

The current situation of the rural doctors in Chonggu Town and its policy suggestion

目的:通过对乡村医生现况的调查,为加强乡村医生队伍建设提供对策依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对重固镇8个村、2个居委17名乡村医生的年龄、学历、职称、经济收入等情况进行调查。结果:重固镇乡村医生平均年龄(52.88±5.6)岁,>60岁的占41.18%;无执业资格的4人,占23.53%;中专以上学历者占49.60%,在职乡村医生平均年收入35519元。结论:乡村医生队伍严重老化,学历低、职称低、待遇低是农村卫生工作中的一大问题。

Objective： The current situation of rural doctors was investigated for providing scientific reference to strengthen its rank construction. Method： The age, education, professional title, economic income of 17 rural doctors in eight villages and two communities were investigated with cluster sampling method. Result： Their average age was 52.88±5.6 years old, whose age above 60 years old accounted for 41.18%. Four rural doctors had no qualification, accounting for 23.53%. The secondary education and above accounted for 49.60%. Their average annual revenue was 35519 yuan. Conclusion： The rank of the rural doctors was serious aging. Their education, professional title and revenue were low, which restricted the development of rural health service.
