精神分裂症患者监护人对延续护理的需求

The needs for continuity of care in guardians of schizophrenia patients

目的:探讨精神分裂症患者监护人对患者出院后实施延续护理的需求及影响延续护理顺利开展的社会因素,为开展和实施延续护理工作提供依据。方法:采取便利抽样法对100例出院的精神分裂症患者监护人进行问卷调查。结果:88%的出院后精神分裂症患者监护人认为延续护理很重要;护士为患者提供延续服务的项目需求均在58%以上;护士为监护人提供支持的项目需求均在69%以上;延续护理服务方式和时间受到了社会因素的影响。结论:护士应充分了解精神分裂症患者监护人对延续护理的需求,调动并充分利用监护人的资源,不断提高延续护理的服务质量。

Objective： To explore the guardians＇ needs for continuously caring discharged schizophrenia patients, and the adverse effects on them. Methods： We investigated 100 guardians by convenient sampling method using questionnaire. Results： Most of them （88%） thought that it was very important to get continuity of care after patients discharged from hospital. Both of the items about continuous care for patients and guardians themselves were needed or much needed in their opinions, more than 58% and 69%, respectively. But some of them complained about the adverse effects related to the service channels and time issues. Conclusion： We should fully realize the guardians＇ needs for continuity of care on discharged schizophrenia patients, and try to improve the care quality by collaborating with them.
