溪黄草不同部位的红外光谱分析与评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的对溪黄草全草、茎、叶所含化学成分进行红外光谱分析研究。方法采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法并借助于二阶导数谱、二维相关红外光谱研究溪黄草不同部位(干燥并粉碎)红外谱图整体变化规律。结果溪黄草全草、茎、叶中的共有成分为酯类、黄酮类、木质素、芳香类和糖苷类等,但三者各主体成分的相对含有量差异较大,溪黄草茎、全草中的酯类、木质素、芳香族化合物和糖苷类物质含有量高于溪黄草叶,而溪黄草叶中的黄酮类物质含有量高于茎和全草。结论红外光谱能够快速、无损、简便地提供中药不同部位中主要化学成分的宏观信息。 AIM To analyze different parts of Rabdosia serra ( Maxim. ) Hara by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). METHODS Different parts of Rabdosia serra (Maxim.) Hara, dried and ground, were analyzed by FTIR, second derivative infrared spectroscopy and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy under thermal perturbation. RESULTS The results showed that the esters, flavonoids, lignins, aromatics and glycosides were commonly contained in different parts of Rabdosia serra ( Maxim. ) Hara. But their relative contents were sig- nificantly different. The quantity of components of esters, lignins and glycosides in the stem and the whole plant was higher than that in the leaf, and the flavonoids in the leaf were higher than those in the stem and the whole plant. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, and non-destructive.
