卵泡液中促性腺激素平抑因子与IVF-ET的相关性分析 被引量:2

The analysis of correlation between gonadotrophin surge-attenuating factor(GnSAF) of Follicle liquid and in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET)

摘要 目的:研究卵泡液中促性腺激素平抑因子(GnSAF)水平与体外受精胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的相关性。方法:42例接受IVF-ET治疗周期的患者取卵后留取卵泡液,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELSIA)测定卵泡液内GnSAF水平,测定HCG日血E2水平、记录获卵数。将患者按照妊娠组、非妊娠组及卵巢低反应组(获卵数≤4个)、正常反应组(获卵数≥5个)分别进行GnSAF水平与HCG日E2、卵巢反应性、妊娠率等相关性分析。结果:共收集42例患者42个IVF-ET周期42份卵泡液,卵泡液中GnSAF水平在妊娠组与未妊娠组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在卵巢反应性低与卵巢正常反应组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在卵巢正常反应组中与HCG日E2呈明显的负相关性(r=-0.402,P<0.05)。结论:卵泡液GnSAF水平与卵巢反应性、HCG日E2、获卵数、优质胚胎数等均有相关性,但未见明显影响妊娠结局。卵巢反应性低的患者卵泡液GnSAF含量明显低于卵巢正常反应的患者,可作为早期预测IVF治疗中卵巢反应性的指标。 Objective: Through detection the density of gonadotrophin surge - attenuating factor (GnSAF) in Follicle liquid, to analyze the correlation between GnSAF and in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer ( IVF - ET) . Methods : The follicle liquid of 42 pa- tients who underwent IVF -ET treatment cycle was stored after oocyte retrievaled. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the levels of GnSAF in Follicle liquid. Determination the level of E2 in the day of HCG administration and oocyte numbers, to detection the correlation between GnSAF and E2 , ovarian reactive, pregnancy rate and other aspects. Results: All 42 samples of follicular fluid were collected from 42 IVF cycles (42 patients) , GnSAF concentration in Follicle liquid had no obvious statistical significance differ- ences between pregnancy group and non - pregnancy groups, but had obvious statistical significance differences between response of ovary groups. GnSAF and E2 had obviously negative correlation in the normal response group (r = -0. 402, P = 0. 015 ) . Conclusion: GnSAF has collection with the response of ovary, the E2 in the day of HCG administration , the egg number and high quality embryo , but not asso- ciated with IVF - ETpregnancy outcome. The density of GnSAF of poor response to IVF women is significantly lower than the normal. This suggests that GnSAF should be used as a early index of ovarian response to IVF - ET.
