历史文化名城的文化性测评模型及实证研究

Evaluation Model of Historical the Model of Fujian Quanzhou City’s Cultural Features and Empirical Research

文化性是历史文化名城的本质属性,是历史文化名城文化旅游的灵魂。对历史文化名城的文化性进行测评是历史文化名城文化旅游开发的依据,是保护和传承历史文化名城"文脉"的有效方式。通过对国内外相关文献中关于文化旅游及历史文化名城的文化性进行分析,探索文化性本质内涵,并在此基础上构建了由五大因素和17个观测变量组成的历史文化名城文化性测评指标体系,继而采用结构方程模型原理,建立了历史文化名城文化性的验证性因子分析测评模型,且以福建泉州为例进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,测评模型的路径系数和随机误差符合F检验和拟合度检验,模型具有较高的可靠性,同时发现旅游者对历史文化名城的资源基础和展示特色所体现的文化性感知评价较高。

The cultural feature is the essential attribute of historical city as we as the cultural tourism soul of historical city. The cultural feature evaluation is based on the cultural tourism development, which is an effective way to protect and pass on historical city analyszing the related literature at home and abroad about the cultural tourism and historical city＇s cultural feature, this article explores its cultural essential connotation, constructs the historical city cultural feature evaluation indicator system which is com- posed of 5 big factors and 17 observation variables, then uses the structural equation model, established the historical city cultural confirmation factorial analysis model.
