摘要
以某二层内框架砖房为实例,介绍了内框架砖房抗震鉴定与加固的方法。现场对房屋做了仔细检测和调查,根据现场检测结果进行了结构计算分析,并对砖墙部分的抗震鉴定进行了抗震承载力的补充验算,得出房屋的综合抗震能力不满足抗震鉴定要求。最后给出了相应的抗震加固方案,并对加固后房屋的综合抗震能力指数和抗震承载力进行了计算,结果表明,该方案合理有效,可为类似工程的抗震鉴定与加固提供参考。
In this paper, the method of seismic appraisal and strengthening of interior-frame masonry struc- tures is introduced in detail, taking a two-story interior-frame masonry structure as an example. The building was tested and investigated thoroughly on site. Structural analysis was carried out according to site testing re- sults. Furthermore, supplementary recomputation of seismic capacity was conducted for brick walls of the inte- rior-frame masonry structure. It was concluded that compound seismic capacity of the building cannot meet de- mand of seismic appraisal. Finally the strengthening scheme was performed, and it was supposed to be reasona- ble and effective according to the results of compound seismic capability index and seismic capacity reeomputa- tion. This paper provides a reference for seismic appraisal and strengthening of similar engineering stracturcs.
